Support Services

MFG offers complete service and support for all IT issues. Servicing schools located throughout the UK, we are here to offer any support you may need. We offer a support contract to all customers. This support contract is a fixed fee each month and is based on the equipment that is being covered. Coverage can include resolving hardware and software issues, new user setup, remote backup checks, Microsoft updates, data restores, routine checks of all AV software updates and telephone support.

We offer a flexible contract so that you can choose the coverage you need. Instead of a monthly fee, our customers can purchase a set number of support and service hours to be used when there is a problem. We are here to provide any service you may need, including upgrades, relocating computers, diagnosis and installations. All telephone support will be charged in 15 minute blocks and onsite service will be charged by the hour.

No matter what your issue is or what piece of equipment needs servicing, our support team is here to help. Since we supply and install all of these IT products, it is our duty to make sure they are always in good working order.
