We use MFG at work and I cannot fault them. From the initial phone call the customer service is A+. They talk you through any problems and should they not be able to deal with it over the phone the service is prompt and thorough. Nothing but 5* for MFG and I highly recommend.

Have always found the staff at MFG to be friendly, helpful and efficient even through the extremely busy period of recent when everyone needs IT support or assistance while trying to work from home. If you're not sure what to do or have little IT knowledge or understanding they are able to talk you through the process to simplify the problem/query.

MFG is by far one of the best employers, and in my opinion one of the best companies to work for. Working for MFG was truly excellent... the managers are approachable, friendly, helpful, and always have your best interests at heart, and everyone there wants you to try and be your best. The team is also fabulous, hardworking, and you feel like a family unit. I would personally recommend anyone to work with or for them as its great working environment and excellent team!

We receive an excellent service at every point with MFG, not only do they deal with the support in a speedy manner, very organised and structured approach but they do it in a positive and enthusiastic way. We have been supported by MFG since 2018 and they have recently helped us upgrade all our equipment and migrate to Windows 10 and Office 365. The whole team have been really helpful and patient with us. They have worked really hard to get everything migrated across and have sorted out any teething problems quickly and efficiently. I would particularly like to thank Jason, Chris, Ashlee and Ryan for all their help.

We visited MFG as judges for the Newbury Weekly News Best in Business Awards and we were really impressed by the support and training staff receive. The company has a 'homely' feel where staff are valued for their individual skills and attributes and these are honed by a skilled management structure. We were particularly impressed that staff were encouraged and very well supported to achieve their own ambitions within the company. All staff spoke highly of everyone within the company and the potential that had been unlocked in each of them.

When Omnia started business we approached MFG for advice on the best telephone system. Our core activity is based around speaking to people across the country and therefore we needed to know what was best for us. MFG are extremely knowledgeable, they gave us all the facts in a language we could understand with just enough technical information and advised us to go with a VOIP system. All credit to MFG and their team, they ensured we were up and running quickly, demonstrated the whole system and whenever we have any queries they respond quickly.If you need IT, communications systems or support, I cannot recommend MFG highly enough, they always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble for them, we think they are great, thank you team MFG.
