Ellis Knight needed an internet line and a reliable VoIP system for approximately 20 users. Whilst uptime and call quality were at the top of the priority list, it was also essential that their telephony costs were manageable and predictable with a simple monthly fee.
The Solution and Outcome
By going ‘one step further’ to fully understand the scope of the project and learn more about the nature of the business and its users, MFG were able to redesign Ellis Knight’s telephony system which featured call routing, hunt groups, out of hours assistance as well as a well-planned IVR.
What resonated with the team at Ellis Knight was the ease of the project. From the initial conversation, to approving the quote, to getting the system in and working – key staff were kept informed every step of the way.
As part of the office move and system migration, Ellis Knight required a new geographic (local) telephone number (main office number) with a range of DDIs and extension numbers. MFG manage the inbound and outbound calls with a simple set easy to understand and transparent call rates.
Ellis Knight can add new users with ease and affordably without needing to worry about replicating defective hardware or managing an on-premise solution. They even take their telephone number to the next location when they outgrow their current office.
