COVID-19 Business Update – 5th November 2020, by MFG Management
Following the recent announcement of “Lockdown 2.0”, we wanted to reassure our customers that we are still operating as normal, whilst adhering to the new Government guidelines, as of the 5th November.
As always, the health and safety of our clients, our team and their families is our number one priority. We are working carefully to decrease risks to both our employees and customers. As such, the majority of our team are back working from home, with a limited number of team members (who are unable to work from home) in the office.
We understand that many of our clients have had to adapt to these news restrictions too, and to do this, may require extra support from our team. We are continuing to respond to these requests in a timely manner. As always, our goal is to provide the very best support whilst helping clients to make the most of their technology during this testing time. If you or your team require help with remote working, please let our Service Desk know at your earliest convenience. We want you to be able to continue working from home.
As before, to help us help you more efficiently, may we please ask that any requests for remote access are directed via your main IT point of contact within your organisation. Primary contacts, please email your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
