COVID-19 Service Update 19/03/20

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, we are receiving an unprecedented amount of calls from clients working remotely. Our goal is to help all our clients make the most of their technology during this testing time for us all.

We are currently experiencing an extremely high demand, with quadruple the typical amount of daily calls being received.

We are particularly receiving a high number of requests from users trying to work remotely using personal devices and we are trying our very best to accommodate this.

Our team are also currently all working from home and are going above-and-beyond to help our clients and maintain a fantastic level of composure on the service desk.

When reaching out to the service desk please bear in mind that our engineers are of differing levels of experience and skill sets. Our engineers are trying their best to help out with some of the more advanced tasks that are being required by them. If they need to escalate your task to a more senior engineer, then please also remember that communication won’t be quite as instant whilst they’re working from home.

Please also be aware that site visits are also restricted during this period of isolation, in-line with the Government’s current guidance.
