    Fully Managed Support FAQs

    Do you provide support for less than 10 devices?

    As a standard we charge for a minimum of 10 devices if the device count falls below this you will still be charged based on 10 as a minimum.

    Will my business get a dedicated account manager?

    Yes, you will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will work closely with you to help roadmap, budget and plan to enable your business to meet its goals.

    Can my business pick and choose the different features included?

    In order for us to maintain the best quality service we require our customers to use the expert tools we recommend.

    Do you provide 24/7 support?

    Our package includes 24/7 monitoring of your systems but does not include 24/7 Service Desk, however please contact a member of the team if you do require this.

    What is the maximum amount of devices you support?

    There is no maximum number of devices, but the Fundamentals Support Package may suit you better if you have your own internal IT.

    From when the contract is accepted how long will it take for my business to be onboarded?

    We work to a 30-day timeline, this will include all steps of onboarding you as a client.

    Do you provide support to a business that is spread across different locations?

    Yes, we support businesses that have multiple office locations.

    Do you have any existing clients who would be happy to provide a reference?

    Yes, of course we have many clients who would be happy to speak to you.

    What does the quick fix list include?

    Our quick fix list falls outside our SLAs and has been developed to ensure our clients are not locked out of their machines for long periods of time. This list covers issues which will be actioned straight away, and includes login issues to Windows, such as encryption or account lockout and forgotten passwords.

    Quick Fix examples

    – Unable to connect to VPN – i.e. connection info wrong or username / password.

    – Unable to connect to the office Wi-Fi or Internet – i.e. WiFi password needed

    – Unable to login to Windows – Encryption / Account Lock Out / Password Expiry

    – Unable to login to an application – User locked out of the application etc
