July 2021: Service Desk Update

Hope you are all well.

It has been another month of sporting events with the Olympics now coming to a close and team GB have done a fantastic job.

Time for the KPI review for July

  • We resolved 1091 tickets last month
  • First Response SLA stands at 99.60%
  • Resolution Plan SLA stands at 98.10%
  • Customer Happiness stands at 100.00%
