The Role

The role will involve supporting a broad range of clients across a variety of business sectors which means you need to be flexible and adapt to provide support of all kinds. We’re extremely fortunate to employ some of the best local talents and our Service Desk features multi-skilled and technically able minded individuals, who care about delivering the highest quality of service to our clients.Whilst your existing knowledge and experience is valued, we also provide continued learning of our leading products and solutions and you will be required to work as a team with like-minded people to help you continually improve upon your current knowledge and expertise.

General Description of Position

  • Supporting e-Mail clients and systems
  • Modifying file permissions and file shares
  • Maintaining Active Directory
  • Managing firewalls, network and wireless infrastructure
  • Implementing backup solutions for clients
  • Supporting line of business applications
  • Installation/configuration of printers, scanners, workstations and networking equipment
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technology
  • Taking Service Desk calls, providing technical assistance by using remote support
    tools and the in-house ticket system
  • Keeping client information updated in our Client Information System (ITGlue)
  • Attending client sites
  • Supporting L1 Engineers with guidance & training
