Procurement Administrator

If you enjoy procurement, this could be ideal for you. We are looking for a responsible Procurement Administrator to help the business with its growth plans. Having experience working with MSPs would be a great benefit. This person would be working with the MD and the administration team to make things run even more efficiently.

All MFG staff work and agree to our company values, these were set by all the employees and directors. The business is in its 10th year this year and is growing. There are two sides of the business, the main side which is outsourced IT support / cyber security and the other side which is a channel based encryption solution that we resell to other IT companies across the UK / Europe and US.

General Description of Position

  • Research the market to identify potential new Products and Suppliers as required
  • Preparing and issuing quotes to customers
  • Ordering parts / products from suppliers and update PO’s
  • Create and maintain templates and products / services with Autotask
  • Convert quotes into projects and pass to project team
  • Update bill and maintain assets for clients via Autotask
  • Liaise with the administration team / clients on any billing queries
  • Update and maintain supplier spreadsheets on services
  • General administration duties including filing, compiling charts, letters and general office administration
  • Actively negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Organising repairs that fall into warranty
  • Provide Administrative support to the Operations team
  • Updating improving project templates
  • Develop a full understanding of all client’s business
