Daniel Gavrilov, Service Desk Engineer

My day-to-day duties at MFG involve logging queries and requests from customers via AutoTask, our advanced ticketing system.

I enjoy the diversity of working for a wide range of clients and I ensure queries and requests are dealt with in a professional manner.

1st & 2nd line IT support includes desktop and laptop support, software support and minor infrastructure changes.

Every day at MFG is a new challenge and I feel like I’m always moving forwards on the IT learning path.

Outside of MFG, I train on a regular basis at the Muay Thai Gym in Reading and compete at their open events… but don’t worry. I’m a bit of a soft guy at heart.
