My role involves:
• Answering calls and liaising with clients.
• Reading, monitoring and responding to the Technical Director’s emails.
• Delegating work in the Technical Director’s absence.
• Planning and organising meetings/events.
• Preparing and sending invoices to Customers.
• Assisting with financial reports as required.
• Month end duties as required.
• Adhoc projects.
