Justin Maxwell, Service Desk Technical Lead

My day to day role involves supporting the Service Desk team with the more involved and challenging issues faced by our customers, by being a point of escalation and contact.

I have had many years in the education sector as well as some big corporate companies, so its refreshing to channel that experience into the dynamic team at MFG and help support clients across a broad range of industry sectors.

I’ve only been here for a short while, but I already I feel the ‘buzz’ you only get when you know you are working in a great team environment and that was high on my list of what attracted me to the company in the first place.
