As a Service Desk engineer, my job role entails taking calls on the Service Desk and ensuring tickets are dealt promptly, as well as delivering a high-quality service.

Ensuring our customers’ IT queries are dealt with promptly and professionally, not only helps to maintain MFG’s solid reputation, but also gives me much satisfaction knowing that the help I provide makes our clients’ day just that little bit easier.

I thoroughly enjoy working at MFG, not only does it offer a good, friendly working environment, but also promotes continuous learning.
