As a service desk engineer, I go by the rule “the better the service, the less stress for our customers”, therefore I aim to treat all the clients with an exceptional service to help brighten their day.
As a ‘techy’ I am naturally keen on managing, maintaining and assembling any kinds of computer hardware. I am also fond of developing websites too.
I like working for MFG as they really go above and beyond to take care of every employee. This is my second time of joining MFG after a short stint away to diversity my skill set, but it’s GREAT to be back!
