As a service desk engineer, I’m the first point of contact for clients with any issues and requests.
Providing a high standard of customer service is very important to me and I intend to set that bar high to ensure MFG’s friendly and professional service is always exceeded.
I enjoy learning about new technologies and gadgets. I really like helping others with tech because I appreciate how tricky (and sometimes frustrating) it can be to use new technology.
I’ve recently joined MFG and I’m already enjoying the support from all of the team. The atmosphere is great and I can already tell I’m going to have fun, whilst learn a lot at the same time!
